Yoga Classes

 We offer two types of Yoga classes on Mondays and Thursdays.

We do not require pre-registration for the summer months. 

$5/per class.

A $50 frequency card is good for 11 classes and can be purchased from the instructor before the class. Each class lasts about an hour.

Gentle Yoga is at 12:30 p.m., 
Monday and Thursday
Bring your mat, belt & blocks
Gentle Yoga is often considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, quiet, minimalistic, meditative, or restorative.

Chair Yoga is at 2:00 p.m. 
Monday and Thursday
Chair yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. It reduces the strain on joints and muscles, which allows someone who is unable to stand for traditional yoga an opportunity to practice yoga.
